The GSX-8S is propelled by an all-new 776cc DOHC 270° crank parallel twin engine, focussed on dynamic performance and delivers abundant torque for flexibility suited to a range of riders, paired with a powerful top end for an exciting and rewarding ride.

Designed around the new engine and made from steel tube sections, the frame is engineered to provide excellent straight-line stability, contribute to agile handling, and perform well in the city as-well-as at highway speeds. The new exposed subframe is designed to support the rider, and contribute to the GSX-8S’ slim appearance and stripped-down look.
The Suzuki Intelligent Ride System (SIRS) is a collection of advanced electronic rider assist systems, which allow the rider to choose the settings for each system to best suit their preference or to suit the conditions. SIRS helps enhance an already exciting riding experience that inspires confidence and frees riders to concentrate on enjoying the ride.

Radially-mounted front brake calipers biting 310mm floating discs provide strong stopping power and predictable braking performance. The rear brake uses a 240mm disc and a single-piston pin-slide caliper.
